lentil soup

Lentil, chickpea, squash, mushroom, etc. soup…

I had some leftover roasted butternut squash in the fridge, as well as some humongous cremini mushrooms, so I threw them in too. Instead of turmeric I used curry powder, and I tripled (if not quadrupled) the cayenne.

If my husband would let me get away with it, I would make this every week. It’s that good.
