A no-recipe recipe.
Sweat in a little bit of olive oil:
-about half an onion, chopped
-a few cloves of garlic, minced
-one jalapeno, sliced
-a handful of cilantro stems, chopped
-a box of low-sodium chicken broth
-shredded cooked chicken
-a tomato or two, chopped
-juice of half a lime
-whatever else you would like
Heat through. Serve with the leaves from the cilantro stems that you used earlier, crushed tortilla chips and lime wedges.
