Roasted cherry tomatoes + a couple of pieces of bacon, chopped + some pan-fried ghetto croutons (with red chile) + sauteed kale (in bacon drippings) + a tiny little drizzle of this vinaigrette. I added what was supposed to be a fried egg, but it turned out more scrambled then fried. I suck at eggs.
